Intro To Embodiment:
This multi session experience gives practitioners the foundational understanding of somatic practices that support the body, mind, and spirit. Each week centers around a different theme exploration, offering a introduction to basic self reflection, relaxation, and embodiment techniques. Practitioners are not only guided in facilitated space to explore these concepts experientially, but the programs is complemented with a workbook to help further integrate the information and experience. Following this program practitioners can expect to have valuable self care tools to reduce stress and improve overall health, but also potentially catalyze a deeper connection with spirituality and devotion to daily practices that promote vitality.

Exploring the Chakras:
Understanding the basics of our energy centers can catalyze a whole new layer of understanding and communication within the body. This program is designed to not only share foundational education about the Chakras, but to experience this energy in motion. Each session is built around Yoga and breath, weaving the information and experience of the Chakras into an easy to digest, and easy to follow format.
Session 1: The Basics of The Chakras
Session 2: Root & Sacral Chakra
Session 3: Solar Plexus & Throat Chakra
Session 4: Heart & 3rd Eye Chakra
Session 5: Crown & Whole System
Session 6: Integrate, Embody, Activate!
Optional Session 7: Chakra Craft; Meditative Creative Time to Create A Chakra Collage
Dedication To Illumination:
This is a 4 week accountability and movement program. Ideally the program would meet twice a week for 4 weeks, however the content could be delivered in one session per week, requiring participants to increase their devotion to their self study time. To compliment the sessions, there are also videos for each of the repeated practices, an accountability calendar that outlines the actions steps for each day, as well as a companion journal to catalyze integration of the next level of illumination.
Each concept and focus builds on itself and the movement that is facilitated; Compiling a personal, holistic, self-care practice that is accessible, flexible, illuminating, and long lasting.
