Each steam pack comes with enough to enjoy 2 different steam sessions, as well as an instructional pamphlet that walks you through step by step how to properly and safely steam for maximum benefits. (Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly if you still have questions!)

You do not need to purchase any special equipment. A saucepan and some blankets is all you need. However, I recommend hitting up your local thrift to find a heat safe, medium sized pot with lid that is reserved for the specific use of steaming. It makes it special, it makes it more sanitary, and it makes it more accessible.
